Pool world installed our pool two in half years ago. The first year I had to call to ask questions,they were very nice and they did everything they said they would do for us. They gave us two $75 gift certificates%u200B. This year they had sent us another power ionizer changer and then we had realized we had lost the ionizer system and we called and told them and they were very friendly and sending us another one.
