Customer Service, Financing and Service

I purchased my blue world pool about a year ago. I have had multiple problems with the pump system. I have called multiple times and they will not send a technician out to help. Very unsatisfied customer.

I spoke with the finance department and was very unsatisfied with customer service. They lie and are very rude. Very unhappy with blue world pools . I will never own another one and I will do my best to recommend other pools to anyone who will listen.
