24' Pool


My experience with Blue World has not been great. We were misled from the very beginning. The salesman came to our house and his presentation was pretty much all lies. We were told our our pool would be a totally complete worry free and chemical free pool. All we would have to use in it was bleach. This turned out to be a big lie. We began getting a foggy pool after about the first month of use. Had the water tested at our local pool store and was told we had to purchase about $150 worth of chemicals. We were also told every year we would have to replace the ionizer which would be $100 but considering our pool was supposed to be a show pool it would cost even less. When we went to purchase this product we were told it was on sale for $160. We have had to have this pool worked on a few times but were not pleased from the response we had at blue world and have had to pay our local pool store to do it. We also were told we were getting such a great deal since it was a show pool that we would be getting a heavy duty cover. That is another huge lie. The cover caved in and allowed all kinds of things to get in the pool. We have since had to replace it with a new cover which cost us about $400 but well worth it. The ladder that came with the pool has broken and had to be replaced and ofcourse we had to pay for it.The ladder is also once again broken and needing to be replaced. The rails on the ladder are very cheap and break very easily. After being told everything had a lifetime guarantee. Now that the pool is being maintained by our local pool store instead of doing things the way blue world requested we do enjoy it. Would I ever refer anyone or buy another pool from Blue World????? Definitely NOT........

In response to my post about our problems with Blue World Pools on April 22, 2013 we were contacted by Blue world. This time we dealt with a very helpful lady named Johnita Mauldian. She acknowledged she was unaware of all the problems we had with this pool and our service and apologized on behalf of the company. She also assured us that all the problems would be taken care of. Blue world did agree to do what the salesman promised us as in the discounted items and also refunded us for the repairs we had to pay for out of pocket. I am very pleased with the way this lady has helped us and it totally made my experience with Blue world worth it. Although in the beginning we had problems we did enjoy the pool and continue to enjoy it. Now that the problems are solved and we no longer feel that we were misled we can enjoy it even more. We definitely will recommend them in the future.
