We purchased our pool in the of summer 2013. The salesman that came out to our home was very professional and friendly. He answered all our questions and concerns. When it came down for me and my husband to make that BIG decision, he assured us he would respect our decision either way because he was not there to force the sale. That was totally respectful and I applaud him for that. Every time I have had to contact customer service for anything, all the reps were polite and helped to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend Blue World Pools !!!!
